The <br />firm has also provided commissioning services on more than 500 million square feet of buildings. <br />Rob is a Past President of the USGBC South Florida Chapter and has achieved the prestigious <br />title of USGBC LEED Fellow. Rob has been involved with USGBC governance for more than 10 <br />years. Rob has more than a decade of full -time green- design and commissioning experience, and <br />more than 30 years experience in facilities management, project management and energy <br />management, and control systems. After leaving the Navy, Rob taught HVAC and Electrical <br />Theory at the collegiate level. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />BF James Park: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting, Commissioning and Energy <br />Modeling for this 3,815 square foot, $2.6 million dollar park project for the City of Hallandale <br />Beach, FL which achieved LEED Gold Certification. <br />Gibson Park: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting, Commissioning and Energy <br />Modeling for this $9.6 million dollar City of Miami park renovation project which achieved LEED <br />Gold Certification. <br />Village of Wellington Village Hall and Municipal Complex: The Spinnaker Group provided <br />LEED Consulting and Building Commissioning for this 54,000 square foot, $10.5 million dollar <br />municipal complex and community center which was LEED certified Gold. <br />Miami Gardens Municipal Complex: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting and <br />Building Commissioning for this 60,000 square feet, $4 million dollar city hall and police station <br />which is in the process of being LEED Gold Certified. <br />Young at Art/Broward Library: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting and Building <br />Commissioning for this 55,000 square foot, $15 million dollar Broward County museum and library <br />which achieved LEED Gold Certification. <br />Edgar Mills Community Center: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting, Building <br />Commissioning and Energy Modeling for this 50,000 square feet, $15.5 million dollar multi- <br />purpose center in Broward County which achieved LEED Silver Certification. <br />Brighton Elder Care: The Spinnaker Group provided LEED Consulting and Building <br />Commissioning on this 15,000 square foot, $10 million dollar project which was certified LEED <br />Gold for New Construction.„ 4 <br />
