Tanmay Kadam <br />Engineer Intern <br />The computer modeling, analysis and design skill that Mr. Kadam brings <br />to the design team makes him a very valuable addition to our staff. He is <br />responsible for analysis of building systems using computer software <br />and designs components of buildings. Mr.Kadam works solely under the <br />direction of the principal. He also performs inspections of concrete, <br />masonry, wood and steel construction to insure the buildings conform to <br />design intent. <br />During the past years of employment with S & F Engineers, Inc. he has <br />designed several steel framed buildings, unique residences, tilt -up <br />structures and a Fire Station. Mr. Kadam's Project Experience includes <br />the following: <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERFENCE <br />Fire Station # 47- Building Replacement <br />100 N. Andrew Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301 <br />The project consisted of two story fire rescue facility. The structural <br />framing consists of concrete floor slab for the second floor and for the <br />roof. The building measures approximately 7,800 sq. ft. <br />Public Services/ Fire Station Facility <br />6500 Parkside Drive, Parkland, FL 33067 <br />The project consists of renovation and addition of the existing <br />single story 3,660 sq. ft. building (used to the City Hall) for a new <br />Fire Station. Lauderdale/ Hollywood Intl Airport <br />This project consisted of temporary facilities on the airside to house X- ray machines and baggage <br />handling system for baggage screening. Two buildings were added at Terminal 3 and one building at <br />Terminal 2. Construction administration and inspection services were performed. <br />Broward County Government Center Parking Garage Repairs <br />Fort Lauderdale, FL <br />S &F provided design for structural evaluation reports for the 350 Car Garage and the 1200 Car Garage <br />buildings used by the public and the Government Center employees. Structural repairs at the first level of <br />the 1200 Car Garage and all 5 levels of the 350 Car Garage were completed using the county's JOC <br />program.
