His <br />experience includes the design of storm water, water distribution, sanitary <br />sewer systems as well as cost estimation, construction permitting and <br />engineering modeling / calculations. He also has extensive knowledge in <br />surveying and CADD. <br />Senior Supervising Engineer (July 2000 - Present) Craven Thompson & <br />Associates, Inc., Fort Lauderdale - Responsibilities include design and analysis <br />of storm water, water and sanitary sewer systems for private and public land <br />development projects. Other responsibilities include cost estimation, and <br />permit preparation. <br />Project Manager (October 1997- July 2000) Paramount Engineering Group, <br />Inc., Boca Raton - Responsibilities included survey crew coordination, which <br />included preparing survey crew for construction layout. Involved in <br />preparation and review of survey as -built drawings. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />City of Sunrise - NW 44th Street Passive Park - Senior Engineer - Estimated <br />Construction Cost: $4 million. The design services provided for the parks <br />included water, sanitary sewer and stormwater design. Site amenities include <br />a playground, boardwalk, open play area and pavilion. <br />City of Sunrise - Oakland Park Boulevard Passive Park- Senior Engineer - <br />Estimated Construction Cost: $3.5 million. The design services provided for the <br />parks included water, sanitary sewer and stormwater design. Site amenities <br />include disc golf course, splash pad, open play area and a pavilion. <br />City of Sunrise - Nob Hill Road Passive Park- Senior Engineer - Estimated <br />Construction Cost: $2.2 million for each park. The design services provided for <br />the parks included water, sanitary sewer and stormwater design. Site <br />amenities include a playground, open play area and an amphitheater. <br />Pioneer Park, Deerfield Beach - Senior Engineer - Designed drainage, water, <br />and sewer for the various improvements within the 13.5 -acre park owned and <br />maintained by the City of Deerfield Beach including a new multi - purpose <br />baseball field, small water play area, and children's playground.
