EDWARDS, P.E. <br />Civil Engineering Project Manager <br />City of Dania Beach Marina, Dania Beach, Florida - Project Manager - <br />Providing professional services to rehabilitate and redesign the existing Dania <br />Beach Marina. The scope of services include a feasibility study, marketing and <br />dockage rate analysis, planning, programming, cost estimates, dredging <br />analysis, boundary survey, specifications and construction drawings. The <br />construction drawings include new seawall plans, marina construction plans, <br />hardscape improvement plans, landscape improvements, security <br />improvements, dock master renovation and a building that includes laundry, <br />locker, and restroom facilities. The marina will have a completely new layout <br />to maximize space and revenue along with a new fire protection system with <br />new electrical, and sewer pump out facilities. Est. Const. Cost 4.5 Million. <br />The Colonnade Shoppes @ Sawgrass Mills Mall, Sunrise - Project Manager - <br />Cost: $10 Million. Sawgrass Mills Regional Mall is located on a 200 - ac.parcel <br />w /an additional 214 acres of outparcels & roadways. Site layout, engineering & <br />landscape design as well as surveying services were provided by CTA. Design <br />for the Colonnade expansion required close coordination to maintain services <br />to the existing Mall. Overall drainage design utilizes landscape areas for <br />drainage to maximize green space in a practical manner. <br />Broward County Courthouse, Fort Lauderdale - Project Manager - The new <br />Broward County Courthouse is located at the Corner of SE 1st Avenue and SE <br />6th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The project consists of a new Courthouse <br />building of approximately 700,000 SF of finished space to accommodate the <br />needs of civil and family courts. Secured parking for approximately 120 judges <br />and department heads is provided within the proposed parking garage. $280 <br />Million /700,000 Sq. Ft. <br />Broward County Bus Facility - Central Terminal, Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Project Manager - 3.02 -acre Broward County Central Bus Terminal located in <br />the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The site consists of three terminal bus <br />bays, as well as bathroom, ticket sales, lost and found and transit information <br />facilities. The goal is to make the existing facility ADA accessible per the latest <br />Florida Building Code 2010 requirements and re -shape the existing internal bus <br />bays to accommodate the larger articulated buses being used by the County. <br />In addition to improving the accessibility and functionality of the facility, the <br />design team is also the aesthetic appeal of this property though the use of <br />colored concrete and new benches.
