The large scale redevelopment <br />required special attention and coordination in order to maintain services <br />to existing stores which continued to remain in operation. The <br />redevelopment which includes a new Lowes also includes the addition of <br />6 out - parcels as well as roadway improvements along both Copans Road <br />and Federal Highway. This unique project required a substantial <br />underground drainage system to provide the required water quality and <br />flood protection that the existing mall lacked.
