Construction of the $150 million <br />project will include 297 apartments, a 104 -room boutique hotel with a <br />premiere restaurant and a 48,000 square foot grocery store. The <br />completion date is forecast for late 2014 or early 2015. <br />Craven Thompson and Associates, Inc. provided surveying, and civil <br />engineering services for the project. <br />The project poses numerous challenges due to the limited site size, as <br />well as the required public utility improvements required adjacent to the <br />site.
