The 8,211- square -foot recreational facility serves <br />approximately 1,500 park visitors at peak times and an average of 1o8 children and adults daily. The park site is <br />located at 13th Street and NorthwestThird Avenue within the Overtown Neighborhood area in Miami, Florida. <br />The owner selected this site because it is easily accessible to the community and county visitors by public <br />transportation and is in close proximityto expressways for patrons who visit by car. The pedestrian - friendly site <br />design encourages local patrons to walk or ride a bike to the park.
