This project also includes basem ent <br />levels, a multi-story parking garage, sanitary sewer pump stations and 1000’ of offsite water main <br />extension. <br /> <br />Miami Ad School, Miami, FL – Engineer of Record for this project which consists of (2) educational <br />buildings. Services included design/permitting for paving, grading & drainage and a 350’ offsite water <br />main extension. <br /> <br />7350 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL – Engineer of Record for this project which consists of a 4-story office <br />building. Services included design/permitting for paving, grading & drainage and a 300’ offsite water main <br />extension. <br /> <br />Work Experience (all with previous employer): <br />Pedestrian Mall on 1100 Block of Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach, FL — Served as project manager and <br />administrator for all design related services. This is a joint-venture project between the City of Miami <br />Beach and UIA Management, LLC. The 1000-1100 Block of Lincoln Road has been closed to vehicular <br />traffic to allow for the extension of the Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall. The mall is being extended to the <br />west, from Lenox Avenue to Alton Road, and will include a new pedestrian plaza. The design also <br />includes four water gardens, streetscape and infrastructure improvements.
