<br />1111 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL — Served as project manager for the proposed mixed-use project
<br />which consists of: a new seven-story parking structure with ground floor retail spaces designed by world
<br />renowned architect Herzog and de Meuron, a separate two story commercial/residential building, a
<br />surface parking lot, and improvements to Lincoln Lane (roadway and utilities). Tasks included
<br />coordination and design; due diligence, plan preparation and quality control; onsite and offsite water
<br />distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems; paving, grading, and drainage; onsite and offsite
<br />roadway construction; permitting and construction administration.
<br />
<br />Ransom Everglades Middle School, Miami, FL — Served as project manager for the site civil
<br />engineering for this project (approximately 7.3 acres). Tasks included coordination and design; plan
<br />preparation and quality control; onsite and offsite water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems;
<br />paving, grading, and drainage; onsite and offsite roadway construction; permitting; and construction
<br />administration.

<br />Miami World Center, Miami, FL — Served as project manager for this nine block mixed-use
<br />development (over 25 acres) north of the Central Business District in downtown Miami. This project is
<br />composed of roadway improvements, streetscapes, retail, residential, office and institutional uses. Tasks
<br />included coordination with all local utility providers (MDWASD, DERM, City of Miami, Miami-Dade County,
<br />FPL, ATT, Peoples Gas etc…) to develop a utility master plan. In addition, further coordination was
<br />completed with the City of Miami, Southeast Overtown Park West CRA (SEOPW), Miami-Dade County
<br />Public Works, developers, and land use attorneys to development a roadway master plan to ensure a
<br />pedestrian friendly environment, proper traffic flow and adequate roadway capacity. Other tasks included,
<br />a due diligence report, traffic studies and quality control.

<br />Brickell Tennis Club, Miami, FL —Served as project manager for the site civil engineering for this
<br />private club that also serves as a resort amenity to the Four Seasons Hotel. Tasks included coordination
<br />and design; plan preparation and quality control; onsite and offsite water distribution and sanitary sewer
<br />collection systems; paving, grading, and drainage; onsite a nd offsite roadway construction; permitting;
<br />and construction administration.

<br />Roberto Clemente Park, Miami, FL — Served a project manager for the renovation of a two-acre portion
<br />of the existing park to include a new arrival parking lot, front pla za, community center, tot lot, and
<br />bleachers for the existing recreational fields. Tasks included coordination and design; plan preparation
<br />and quality control; onsite water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems; paving, grading, and
<br />drainage; permitting; and construction administration.

<br />Bank of America, Miami-Dade County, FL — Served as project manager for the site civil work for two
<br />Bank of America projects in Miami-Dade County. Tasks included coordination and design; plan
<br />preparation and quality control; onsite and offsite water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems;
<br />paving, grading, and drainage; onsite and offsite roadway construction; permitting; and construction
<br />administration.

<br />Commerce Bank (now TD Bank), Miami-Dade County, FL — Served as project manager for site civil
<br />work for five separate Commerce Bank locations in various municipalities within Miami -Dade County,
<br />Florida. Tasks included coordination and design; plan preparation and quality control; due diligence;
<br />onsite and offsite roadway construction; pa ving, grading and drainage; permitting; and construction
<br />administration. Served as primary contact for all Commerce Bank projects within Miami-Dade County.
