The company required customized spaces for protection of its computer <br />equipment plus flexible conference and meeting room areas. The Phase 1 facility is a three- <br />story 44,000 SF building with a glass-topped three-story atrium center. Nearly a perfect <br />square in shape, the structure is designed with office and conference spaces along its <br />perimeter and surrounding the atrium, which often serves as a gathering place for business <br />and social events.
