There will be a new tennis <br />center with 17 hydro grid courts, a new <br />restroom building, new handball courts, <br />new tot lot, a new water feature at the <br />center of the park, and new lighting, fenc- <br />ing, landscaping and shade trees along <br />pedestrian promenades. WA conducted <br />design charrettes with citizens of Miami <br />Beach to solicit input on the new master <br />plan. <br />PAST 5 <br />YEARS
