The administrative portion <br />includes 12,286 SF of offices, storage, <br />break rooms, distribution center, and <br />other support areas. The maintenance <br />area has garage service bays for trolleys, <br />city owned vehicles, and a bay for <br />tire storage and repair. Scope of work <br />included an emergency generator for the <br />entire building with 48 hours of diesel fuel. <br />PAST 5 <br />YEARS
