AECOM RFQ No. 15-04-01 <br />Miami-Dade County Department of <br />Health Campus Parking Garage <br />Miami, FL <br />Key Personnel: Nina Gladstone, Scott Tao, Greg Ault, <br />Ovidio Rodriquez, Orlando Hernandez, Gustavo Santana <br />AECOM was hired by the State of Florida Department <br />of Health to provide planning and design services for <br />the Miami-Dade County Health Department Miami <br />campus. The site currently includes two existing <br />facilities, the recently completed new Miami-Dade <br />County Health Department building and the State <br />Lab. The scope of the proposed new construction <br />includes a parking garage of approximately 450 cars <br />and approximately 75,000 square feet of future office <br />space. As part of this scope, the State of Florida also <br />requested that a Master Plan be developed outlining <br />the current conditions and future development <br />potential of the site.
