Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Bill Evans, Public Works Director <br /> DATE: 10/16/2014 <br /> RE: <br /> Approve a 2nd Amendment to the Agreement with John Churchill <br /> for Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to Provide Heating and <br /> Air Conditioning Services to City-Owned Buses <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached resolution to <br /> renew the agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and Repair <br /> Services to Provide Heating and Air Conditioning Services to City-Owned Buses. <br /> REASONS: <br /> On July 19, 2012 via Resolution No. 2012-1936, the City Commission approved <br /> an Agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to <br /> provide heating and air conditioning services to City owned buses in an amount <br /> not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) annually. <br /> On November 21 , 2013 via Resolution No. 2013-2155, the City Commission <br /> approved a First Amendment to the Agreement for Fleet Maintenance and <br /> Repair Services to provide heating and air conditioning services to City owned <br /> buses with the same fees in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars <br /> ($30,000.00) annually. <br /> Staff again would like to exercise our option to renew services with John <br /> Churchill for fleet maintenance and repair services to provide heating and air <br /> conditioning services to our City-owned buses in an amount again not to exceed v125 <br /> Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) annually. <br />
