Russo,City Manager <br /> FROM: Bill Evans, Director of Public Works/CIP <br /> DATE: 6/18/2015 <br /> Third Amendment to the Agreement with John Churchill <br /> RE: for Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to City- <br /> Owned Shuttle Buses <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached resolution <br /> to renew the agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and Repair <br /> Services to Provide Heating and Air Conditioning Services to City-Owned <br /> Buses. <br /> REASONS: <br /> In July 2012 City Commission approved Resolution No. 2012-1936, <br /> approving an Agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and <br /> Repair Services to provide heating and air conditioning services to City <br /> owned buses in an amount not to exceed$30,000.00 annually. <br /> In November 2013 City Commission approved Resolution No. 2013-2158, <br /> approving a First Amendment to the Agreement for Fleet Maintenance and <br /> Repair Services to provide heating and air conditioning services to City <br /> owned buses with the same fees in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 <br /> annually. <br /> In November 2014 City Commission approved Resolution No. 2014-2315, <br /> approving a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Fleet Maintenance and <br /> Repair Services to provide heating and air conditioning services to City <br /> owned buses with the same fees in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 <br /> annually. <br /> Staff would like to exercise the City's option to renew services with John <br /> Churchill for fleet maintenance and repair services providing heating and air <br /> conditioning services to our City-owned buses in the same amount not to <br /> exceed $30,000.00 annually. Plus an additional service for preventive <br /> maintenance inspecting the buses for wear and tear.
