ROW, ROE, PPDR and Demolition Program Support Witt O'Brien's has monitored and documented the removal of over 33 million cubic yards of all types of disaster debris including Right of Way(ROW), Right of Entry(ROE),and private property debris removal (PPDR).When destruction is widespread and FEMA renders permission,Witt O'Brien's will assist the City in taking the initiative to enter private property after signed ROE agreements have been executed.Witt O'Brien's has extensive experience in implementing, managing and monitoring ROE programs and we would assist the City in identifying private properties which may be eligible for debris removal,work with FEMA to ensure that local ordinances and proper procedures are followed and secure ROE agreements from local residents.If demolition of private or public structures is warranted;Witt O'Brien's would also guide the City in the proper implementation,documentation and monitoring of that program.
