No. PZ2015-11 <br /> Dear Claudia Hasbun, <br /> For Vardero Sales Center I will be coordinating all on site activities for the build out of the temporary <br /> use structure i.e. Varadero Sales Center. As required, all construction activities will occur per the <br /> approved plans and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> For all construction related activities the site access to 18801 Collins Avenue (Varedero Sales Center) <br /> will be from AIA North bound and we expect to contain all parking, material deliveries, and store all <br /> materials within our construction site. In addition, at this time we do not anticipate night working hours <br /> or lane closures. We will also have a construction trailer that will be contained on site and will be <br /> moved within the site as construction progresses.
