Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Planning and Zoning Administrator <br /> DATE: 7/16/2015 <br /> Varadero Sales Center - Temporary Use/Structure <br /> RE: PZ2015-11 <br /> 18801 Collins Avenue <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff has reviewed the temporary sales center site plan submitted by <br /> the Applicant. Staff does not have any objection to the proposed sales <br /> center provided that the conditions set forth are satisfied. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The Applicant is requesting approval for a temporary sales center to <br /> be located at 18801 Collins Avenue ("Varadero site"). The proposal <br /> includes a new single story building with 7,801 square feet of floor <br /> area. The sales center will consist of offices and showrooms. The <br /> development project for the site has not been approved by City <br /> Commission. Therefore, the Applicant has agreed to submit a site plan <br /> application no later than September 4, 2015.
