In the interim,the Applicant desires to <br /> construct a 7,801 square foot temporary sales center on the Property for the purpose of marketing <br /> the proposed development on the Property. The proposed sales center will include office space, a <br /> scale model of the proposed development and a model kitchen, living room and bathroom. The <br /> Property will also be improved with a statue by the world famous artist Botero, lush landscaping <br /> and a putting green. We believe that the sales center along with these amenities will provide <br /> future residents with a beautiful vision of what will come when the new residential development <br /> is completed. <br /> In order to effectuate this proposal,the Applicant respectfully requests the following: <br /> 1. Site plan approval adopting the plans entitled "Varadero Sales Center" as <br /> prepared by the architecture firm of Llorente Architects; and <br /> 2.
