Department, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Florida <br /> Department of Transportation (FDOT). <br /> (6)If the Applicant does not obtain a building permit within three(3)months <br /> of the approval to construct the sales center, the approval shall be deemed <br /> null and void. <br /> (7) That the proposed art-work statue, if approved by the City Commission, <br /> shall be installed at a location designated by the City Manager or his <br /> designee.Notwithstanding the foregoing,the City has the absolute discretion <br /> to direct the removal at Applicant's expense the art-work statute if it becomes <br /> a distraction to drivers on Collins Avenue. <br /> (8) That the Applicant shall maintain the vacant area of the property clean <br /> and free of any debris. The vacant area shall provide an erosion control <br /> sediment fence and the area shall not be used for any purpose beyond the <br /> proposed use permitted in this approval. <br /> (9) That the Applicant shall submit a staging plan before commencing any <br /> construction activity. The staging plan shall provide a schedule of activities <br /> such as, parking arrangements, lane closures, sidewalk closures, and any <br /> other required activity that may provoke an impact at the surrounding areas <br /> to the site. The staging plan shall be approved administratively by the City <br /> Manager or designee. <br /> (10) That the construction fence and side walk shall be maintained in clean <br /> and in good condition at all times. <br /> Armani Sales Center PZ2014-19 Page 3 of 3 <br />
