Every new hire is also shadowed by an existing employee for the <br /> first month to ensure their complete understanding. <br /> Ongoing Monthly Training <br /> Once a month Elite's Management Staff conducts full-staff training. We use many different formal <br /> industry tools to keep the topics interesting and up-to-date (see attached Betco University supplier <br /> training program as one example). This ensures our procedures remain as industry-current as <br /> possible.
