m. Disciplinary Process <br /> 1. Attendance <br /> 2. Not calling in/out at each location <br /> 3. Leaving the location unsecured <br /> 4. Violation of any Bank United policy <br /> All Employees MUST: <br /> 2. Secure the location at the end of each shift <br /> a. Penalty if location is left unlocked —Zero Tolerance! <br /> 1. Immediate removal from contract location <br /> b. Immediately notify Elite supervisor of any building problems <br /> 1. Roof leaks <br /> 2. Plumbing/Electrical issues <br /> 3. Leaks <br /> 4. Tripped breakers or outlets don't work <br /> 5. Power outage <br /> 6. Broken Glass <br /> c. Notify Elite Supervisor when supplies are running low: <br /> 1. One week notice <br /> 2. Cleaning supplies <br /> 3. Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, seat covers, soap, trash can <br /> liners, etc.) <br /> d. Notify Elite Supervisor of any equipment malfunctions (vacuums, etc.) <br /> All Employees must NOT: <br /> e. Bring anyone into the customer location who is not directly employed by Elite <br /> f. Touch or rearrange any items on desktops <br /> g. Touch or use office equipment (computers, phones, copy machines, etc.) <br /> h. Bring food items into the customer location <br />
