City Attorney Dannheisser read <br />a disclaimer for the record and the Clerk read the applicant's name, hearing number <br />and location. <br />Miami -Dade County Zoning officials sent a letter advising that they had improperly <br />advertised the hearing, and so the item was deferred until the March 12, 1998 <br />agenda, to allow for re- advertising. Commissioner Morrow moved, and Commissioner <br />Iglesias seconded a motion to defer to March 12, 1998.
