City Attorney Dannheisser read a <br />disclaimer for the record and the Clerk read the name of the applicant, hearing <br />number and location. <br />Public Speakers: All Torres <br />City Manager DiPietro reported that a conditional approval had been issued. Mr. <br />Torres, Miami -Dade County official from the Department of Planning, Development <br />Regulation, reported that the County and the City had issued a temporary Certificate <br />of Use in occupancy for construction or placement of six panel antennas at the roof <br />of the ten story building, and the applicant is requesting a variance.
