RFQ No. 15-08-02 <br />Construction Management at Risk for Government Center Annex at 18080 Collins Avenue 16 <br />Project Description: <br />This new LEED Gold certified, 136,000 s.f. 5-story building provides state-of-the-art facilities <br />for recruitment, international student services, advisement, career center, admissions and <br />registration, bursar, and financial aid services. Utilizing BIM, the project design incorporates <br />the College’s prototypical learning environment planning principles. We provided a two-phase <br />GMP (site and foundations packages and balance of building) to accommodate a requested <br />early start due to funding deadlines.
