RFQ No. 15-08-02 <br />Construction Management at Risk for Government Center Annex at 18080 Collins Avenue 18 <br />Project Description: <br />New construction of a 54,303 s.f. preschool/community center and 68,000 s.f. day school <br />campus in Palm Beach Gardens. The preschool and community center was built from funds <br />donated from the community, the facility includes classrooms, a gymnasium, fitness rooms, <br />social hall, teaching kitchen, art gallery, café, and much more. In addition, the site includes an <br />expansive aquatics center, full-size soccer and softball fields, a 1.3 acre preserve area, and state- <br />of-the-art playgrounds. The Mandel JCC hosts a wide range of celebrations and functions such <br />as the Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival, fitness and wellness classes, adult softball and sports <br />leagues, and the JCC’s award winning Jewish Early Childhood Learning Center. The day school <br />campus accommodates over 300 students in grades K-8.
