<br />BACKGROUND
<br />Mia is an expert in budget, conceptual, and hard bid estimating. She has over 16 years of experience
<br />in all areas of construction and pre-construction services for various types of projects inlcuding
<br />municipal, educational, residential and commercial. Responsibilities include bid strategy planning,
<br />spreadsheet design and implementation, Owner / Architect correspondence and Estimating
<br />Department employee training and budget controls. Mia has been responsible for bringing an
<br />extensive list of commercial and public venues successfully from concept to completion.

<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Palm Beach County Capital Improvement/Parks and recreation administrative building, Lake
<br />Worth, FL — Administrative offices, parking, reconfiguration of natural lake to accommodate a
<br />new fiber optic routing and connection for Palm Beach County Emergency Management/EOC.
<br />Worked with numerous county departments, and state environmental rquirements, and numerous
<br />governmental agencies. $8.0 million.

<br />Pompano Beach Parking Garage, Pompano Beach, FL — Design and construction of a 239,646 s.f.,
<br />500-space parking garage in close proximity to the beach. The new garage is the corner piece of the
<br />Pompano Beach Pier Park master development which is planned as a new city destination with new
<br />restaurants, retail shops, and a potential hotel establishment. Design/Build, $19.8 million.
<br />
<br />Palm Beach State College, Bachelor Program Classroom Building, Lake Worth, FL — New
<br />construction of a 3-story Center for Bachelor Program classroom building, consisting of a 3-story atrium
<br />with smoke evacuation system, and multi-media lecture hall. $8.0 million.
<br />
<br />One City Center, HSBC Bank, West Palm Beach, FL — Four-story commercial building with 4-story
<br />parking garage pedestal with 900 spaces, a bank drive through, four elevators. $7.0 million.
<br />FAU Parking Garage, Boca Raton, FL — New construction of a 325,000 s.f., 4-story, 1,000 space
<br />structural precast concrete parking garage for Florida Atlantic University. The garage was constructed
<br />to allow for future retail space on ground floor. CM at Risk, $11.5 million.
<br />
<br />Miami Beach Senior High School, Miami Beach, FL — This project consisted of the demolition of 10
<br />buildings, which were replaced with 5 one to 3-story structure totaling 300,140 s.f. of state of the art
<br />auditorium, gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms, labs, black box theater, and media center. $57.0 million.
<br />
<br />South of Atlantic, Delray Beach, FL —Two new 4-story apartment buildings with a total of 172 units.
<br />Building 1 is 237,000 s.f. and includes 117 residential units on three raised decks above ground floor
<br />parking garage and resident amenities on the first raised deck. The second building is 109,000 s.f. and
<br />includes 52 residential units above ground floor parking. $26.0 million.

<br />New River Yacht Club & Parking Garage, Fort Lauderdale, FL — 26-story multi-use residential rental
<br />property, high end amenities and retail space with seven story parking garage. $37.0 million.

<br />The Shore Club, Miami, FL — New construction of a 22-story hotel which included renovation work as
<br />well. $20.0 million.
<br />
<br />CM Multi-Residential, St. John, US Virgin Islands — Two 4-story condominiums, 62-story
