<br />BACKGROUND
<br />Sam has 44 years of experience in municipal, healthcare, educational, commercial and institutional
<br />construction throughout Florida. He is known for building productive relationships with owners,
<br />architects, engineers and subcontractors, fully embracing the collaborative approach of construction
<br />management. His vast experience with complex building systems allow Sam to provide insightful
<br />alternatives to the design team, maximizing the available budget without compromising program
<br />or design. As EVP, Preconstruction he will manage the estimating department and will coordinate
<br />closely with the business development and operations teams to assure continuity and accuracy of
<br />cost estimates and construction budgets.

<br />EXPERIENCE
<br />Mandel Jewish Community Center & Meyer Academy, Palm Beach Gardens, FL — New construction
<br />of a 54,303 s.f. preschool/community center and 68,000 s.f. day school campus in Palm Beach Gardens.
<br />The facilities include classrooms, a gymnasium, fitness rooms, social hall, teaching kitchen, art gallery,
<br />café, and much more. In addition, the site includes an expansive aquatics center, full-size soccer and
<br />softball fields, a 1.3 acre preserve area, and state-of-the-art playgrounds. $21.1 million.

<br />Pompano Beach Parking Garage, Pompano Beach, FL — Design and construction of a 239,646 s.f.,
<br />500-space parking garage in close proximity to the beach. The new garage is the corner piece of the
<br />Pompano Beach Pier Park master development which is planned as a new city destination with new
<br />restaurants, retail shops, and a potential hotel establishment. Design/Build, $19.8 million.

<br />Pierce Street Parking Garage, Tampa, FL — New construction 900-space, 12-story downtown
<br />parking facility including Wellness Center and retail ribbon at ground level where site logistics and
<br />just in time delivery were key to success. Design Build, $11.4 million.

<br />Miami Central Senior High School, Miami, FL — Additions, remodeling & renovations of 310,000
<br />s.f. multi-storied, phased & comprehensive project consisting of gym, media center, cafeteria,
<br />classrooms, chiller plant, and playfields, all keeping existing school operational. $81.0 million.
<br />
<br />Miami Surgical Park Center, Miami, FL — Build out of a 18,500 s.f. outpatient surgery center,
<br />including 6 operating rooms, 6 pre-op beds, 11 PACU beds, and 7 recovery chairs. $6.1 million.
<br />
<br />Miami City Storage, Miami, FL — Construction of three seperate multi-story storage facilities in
<br />Miami. $20.3 million.
<br />FIU College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Miami, FL — Project consisted of the construction of a
<br />120,000 s.f., 5-story educational facility to accommodate the College of Nursing and Health Sciences
<br />programs. CM at Risk, $35.0 million.

<br />City of North Port City, New City Hall and Police Station, North Port, FL — Replacement of a 80,000
<br />s.f., 4-story city hall and 20,000 s.f. single-story replacement police headquarters on Greenfield 20
<br />arce site. Hard bid Lump Sum, $15.0 million.

<br />Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport T4 Expansion, Ft. Lauderdale, FL — 80,000 s.f.
<br />airside expansion and renovation of Terminal 4 including new baggage handling equipment and
<br />working with FIS, CBP, TSA and ATO. CM at Risk, $46.0 million.
