If selected, we are prepared to immediately <br />begin coordination of the project with your selected Architect, with whom we <br />have proven experience on similar types of projects. Having built the original <br />Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, we bring distinctive experience and <br />knowledge to the project that will help expedite the work. <br />INNOVATIVE CONCEPTS <br />Our Innovative Concepts for your project specifically include: <br />Education Expertise <br />The school component planned for your project is a well-known project type <br />for us. During the design phase of your project, our SREF expertise and <br />understanding of school security and classroom function will be a benefit to the <br />City and Architect, allowing for the design of a safe, secure, and effective learning <br />space in a cost effective manner. During construction, our knowledge of school <br />construction along with our subcontractor base of experienced school vendors <br />will ensure that quality and schedule are maintained and the project delivered <br />on time. The City and school faculty will be engaged throughout the process to <br />ensure the school functions according to their needs. <br />Waterproofing and Below-Grade Construction <br />Our team of construction experts are leaders in <br />coordination and execution of below-grade structures in <br />South Florida. We will work with the City and Architect to <br />coordinate the best use of the project including below- <br />grade parking work and construction of waterproof <br />systems to enhance the design and space available for <br />your project. Our constructability support will help ensure <br />the best and most durable construction techniques are <br />incorporated into the design.
