If selected, we are prepared to immediately begin coordination of the project with your selected Architect, with whom we have proven experience on similar types of projects. Having built the original Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, we bring distinctive experience and knowledge to the project that will help expedite the work. INNOVATIVE CONCEPTS Our Innovative Concepts for your project specifically include: Education Expertise The school component planned for your project is a well-known project type for us. During the design phase of your project, our SREF expertise and understanding of school security and classroom function will be a benefit to the City and Architect, allowing for the design of a safe, secure, and effective learning space in a cost effective manner. During construction, our knowledge of school construction along with our subcontractor base of experienced school vendors will ensure that quality and schedule are maintained and the project delivered on time. The City and school faculty will be engaged throughout the process to ensure the school functions according to their needs. Waterproofing and Below-Grade Construction Our team of construction experts are leaders in coordination and execution of below-grade structures in South Florida. We will work with the City and Architect to coordinate the best use of the project including below- grade parking work and construction of waterproof systems to enhance the design and space available for your project. Our constructability support will help ensure the best and most durable construction techniques are incorporated into the design. We will work with the waterproofing system manufacturers and subcontractors to help the Architect achieve the most durable system, and during the construction phase we will have experts and consultants overseeing the quality and testing of the installation to ensure it performs as expected well after the work is completed.
