In addition to <br />research laboratories and equipment, <br />the project featured offices and an <br />auditorium for presentations and <br />lectures. This project was certified <br />LEED Gold, with a construction start <br />of September 2010 and completion <br />in May 2012. Helping secure our <br />selection was Max Planck’s visit to <br />the Scripps Florida project in 2007. <br />Together with DPR, we showcased <br />a high quality construction team in <br />action on an organized, clean project <br />site.
