Weitz is <br />responsible for project oversight of this large and complex project, with tasks that include procurement, phasing, and land <br />planning. The long-overdue courthouse replacement is a new 21-story, LEED Gold, state-of-the-art courthouse featuring <br />a raised civil plaza, landscaped park space, and an outdoor children’s play area for families going to court. The second <br />floor will include connector walkways for prisoners, judges and other people moving between the buildings.
