It includes a relocated and expanded community center, new streets and <br />sidewalks, extensive utility improvements, a new parking garage, an upgraded <br />and reprogrammed park with an outdoor stage, and a boardwalk/promenade <br />tying the site to the marina and new private development. <br />The project required eight months of preconstruction services, including budget <br />review and development, constructability review, project schedule; site logistics, <br />and value analysis. <br />Phase 2 will include a public market, a marine operations facility, and mixed use <br />project elements.
