It’s a local park as well as a <br />beach. Kids large and small enjoy the miniature water park here - it’s <br />a great way to cool off . There is also a dog park and a tot lot nearby. <br />Emerald Construction was responsible for the Boardwalk renovation. <br />This included imported Coral stone slabs weighing 1,500 LBS Per piece <br />integrated with shell faced colored concrete walkways <br />THE LEXI - NORTH BAY VILLAGE - NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL <br />The Lexi Condos lifestyle includes a host of building amenities that <br />provide the ultimate in sophisticated living. Residences are sized for <br />living large, ranging from 1,458 to 1,753 sq. ft. under air. 10 foot ceilings, <br />oversized sliding glass doors, and bay view windows also add to the <br />open-air feelin. Emerald was responsible for this 20-story high-rise 5-star <br />luxury residential/commercial tower including 6 fl oors of parking garage <br />space in North Bay Village and its project schedule was 4 days per fl oor. <br />ZOO MIAMI - MIAMI, FL <br />Emerald Construction demolished the existing marquis and installed <br />a new one consisting of aluminum animals and over 500 L.E.D. bulbs <br />to illuminate messages to the zoo’s visitors. There was over 30 life like <br />aluminum animal structures that soared over 20’ tall. As an important <br />monument to Miami Dade County, Emerald was on the forefront of this <br />challenge in bringing beauty and new possibilities to the Miami Zoo <br />with this incredible new sign feature. <br />J.
