The site is located in the heart of the Wynwood <br />Arts District between N Miami Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue, going <br />through 23rd to 24th Street. The school will cater to grades 6-12 <br />with a capacity of 1,200 students spread out through their proposed <br />90,000 square foot facility Charter School <br />Adrian Hall is home to Barry University’s registrar’s offi ce and various <br />key staff members. The registrar’s offi ce consisted of (5) fi ve executive <br />offi ces, copy room, storage and lounge. The existing terrazzo fl ooring <br />was completely restored. During the demolition of the space the <br />original hand crafted moldings in the ceilings were exposed and <br />restored by our company. As a Historical restoration contractor we <br />at Emerald were able to restore the 1940’s architecture and revitalize <br />the original charm to the space <br />Emerald Construction was responsible for a new two story Learning <br />Center Addition to Miami Country Day school. In addtiion, a new <br />Keystone veneer was designed and built to the curvilinear exterior <br />façade of the new expansion. It is located on 21 acres (85,000 m2), <br />which includes a 25 yard by 25 meter Aquatic Center and new <br />Athletic fi elds and gymnasium with synthetic turf. A state of the art <br />Media and resources center with a broadcast studio. 3 tier parking <br />garage and Center for the Ats.
