This <br />work includes all materials, labor, equipment and services, including <br />all civil, landscaping, structural, architectural, heating, ventilating, <br />air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and other <br />miscellaneous work necessary to fully construct the Readiness Center <br />Facility. The Readiness Center is located on a 30 acre site within the <br />city of Miramar in Southwest Broward County, and is composed of <br />the 102,000 SF Readiness Center Building, a 456 Privately Owned <br />Vehicles (POV) parking area, a 125,000 SF Military Owned Vehicles <br />(MOV) parking area, storm water retention areas, and other site <br />improvements. The project has been registered with the U.S. Green <br />Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental <br />Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System Program and will be built <br />to achieve a LEED Silver rating.
