The project also includes the construction of a 200-space <br />surface parking lot and all associated landscaping, drainage, signing <br />and pavement marking. The building’s structure is composed of a <br />precast joist system, architectural precast walls and column panels <br />on exterior veneer, high efficiency storefront glazing and impact- <br />resistant windows. Site improvements include a 140,000 SF exterior <br />concrete plaza & sidewalks and 3,000 SF exterior structural arcade, <br />landscaping & sod.
