The scope of work included improvements to <br />accessibility, life safety and partial site improvements, as well as <br />comprehensive improvements to the original 15,000 SF, state-of-the- <br />art 10th Street Auditorium. Additional scope elements included: a <br />2-story exhibition hall, a retail gift store, administrative offices, vital <br />support facilities for ocean rescue operations, and renovated public <br />restrooms. Moreover, a breezeway was constructed between the two <br />buildings in order to re-establish the historic north-south pedestrian <br />connection within Lummus Park. <br />RELATED EXPERIENCE
