This 6-story pre-cast facility <br />occupies the entire project site at approximately 1.73 acres and is <br />comprised of 810 parking spaces distributed across 324,000 SF of <br />parking area; including 45,000 SF of a municipal office space on four <br />floors, plus 10,000 SF of commercial space on the ground floor.
