In addition to his BIM <br />Coordinator duties he is an experienced estimator, and has also performed as a <br />project engineer out in the field, which gives him a well-rounded background to be <br />able to asses the design as it progresses and provide valuable constructability input. <br />Recent Project Experience Summary <br />RAVENSWOOD BUS MAINTENANCE FACILITY, Dania Beach, FL <br />Cost: $32.5 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build <br />Scope of Work: The scope of this project calls for the phased demolition of the <br />existing, occupied Broward County Ravenswood Bus Maintenance Facility and the <br />construction of 167,468 SF multi-story, multi-use double-tee parking structure and <br />47,320 SF bus maintenance facility. The 249 space parking structure was designed <br />to minimize it’s Carbon Footprint in order to satisfy the requirements for LEED Silver <br />Certification. <br />MIRAMAR READINESS CENTER, Miramar, FL <br />Cost: $19.9 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk <br />Scope of Work: This project consists of building a new 102,000 SF Readiness Center <br />Facility to support the training and readiness of the local Army National Guard units <br />serving the region. Located on a 30 acre site within the city of Miramar in Southwest <br />Broward County, the Readiness Center will also include a 456 Privately Owned <br />Vehicles (POV) parking area, a 125,000 SF Military Owned Vehicles (MOV) parking <br />area, storm water retention areas, and other site improvements. The Project has <br />been registered with the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) to achieve a LEED <br />Silver rating. <br />MIAMI-DADE ISD TRADE SHOPS, Miami, FL <br />Cost: $13.1 M | Delivery Method: Design-Build <br />Scope of Work: This design-build project was the first Miami-Dade County LEED <br />Silver Certified facility utilized by County employees and is now home to the Internal <br />Services Division, Design and Construction Services Division. <br />MIAMI-DADE FIRE RESCUE TRAINING CENTER, Doral, FL <br />Cost: $25.2 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build <br />Scope of Work: The Construction of 11 buildings and miscellaneous steel structures <br />in a 10 acre mock cityscape setting for advanced training of the Miami-Dade Fire <br />Rescue Department. The main components of this project included a 58,000 SF <br />administration and classroom building, and multiple pre-engineered structural steel <br />and live fire training buildings.
