Juan is a graduate of Florida <br />International University, and is OSHA 30 hour certified. He is responsible for overall <br />project coordination and supervision including, coordination of all logistics for project <br />start-up, instilling and ensuring a safe project environment, assuring that all project <br />documentation are kept and maintained, and attending regular meetings with the <br />project owner to address critical items and maintain a positive and professional <br />relationship. EDELCUP SUNNY ISLES BEACH K-8, Sunny Isles Beach, FL <br />Cost: $31.6 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk <br />Scope of Work: Construction Management at Risk of a new 165,000 SF Multi-story <br />K-8 Facility designed to house 1,642 student stations on 2.1 acres in the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. This fast-track three phase project consisted of multiple GMP packages <br />which were issued for demolition of an existing apartment building, construction of <br />the new schools extensive foundations and a shell and finish package. Under the <br />final GMP package, a new 4-story pre-cast double-tee parking garage with 145 <br />parking spaces was constructed. The ground level of this garage included spaces for <br />housing Physical Education Areas, an emergency generator, fire sprinkler control and <br />mechanical chiller rooms. <br />AVENTURA GOVERNMENT CENTER PARKING EXPANSION, Aventura, FL <br />Cost: $3.8 M | Delivery Method: Design-bid-Build <br />Scope of Work: This project involved the demolition of an existing parking lot and <br />the construction of a new precast parking garage with a capacity of 207 cars. Scope <br />included precast concrete parking structure, storefront curtain walls, site work, <br />concrete sidewalks, signage, elevators, and landscaping. All MEPF systems were <br />integrated with the existing City Hall Building. <br />MIAMI-DADE ISD WEST LOT MULTI-USE PARKING FACILITY, Miami, FL <br />Cost: $15.4 M | Delivery Method: Design-Build <br />Scope of Work: The ISD West Lot Project was MCM’s second Design-build Project <br />for Miami-Dade County General Services Administration and achieved a LEED Gold <br />Certification. This 6-story pre-cast parking facility occupies the entire 1.73 acre project <br />site and is comprised of 810 parking spaces dispersed across 324,000 SF of parking <br />area; additionally, 45,000 SF of office space on four floors, plus 10,000 SF of retail <br />space on the Ground Floor were also constructed. <br />MIAMI-DADE FIRE RESCUE TRAINING CENTER, Doral, FL <br />Cost: $25.2 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build <br />Scope of Work: The Construction of 11 buildings and miscellaneous steel structures <br />in a 10 acre mock cityscape setting for advanced training of the Miami-Dade Fire <br />Rescue Department. The main components of this project included a 58,000 SF <br />administration and classroom building, and multiple pre-engineered structural steel <br />and live fire training buildings. The mechanical, electrical and security system scope <br />on this project tied-in to the fire departments existing central energy plant and was <br />completed without any disruption of service to the existing headquarters facility or the <br />Miami-Dade County Emergency Operations Center. <br />CONSTRUCTION STAFF EXPERIENCE
