He has particular expertise in the construction of Educational, Commercial, <br />and Historical Restoration projects. Tony is results <br />oriented and drives productivity, quality control, and safety standards while delivering <br />the projects on schedule and within budget. <br />Relevant Project Experience Summary <br />MIAMI SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, Miami, FL <br />Cost: $54.4 M | Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build <br />Scope of Work: This project included comprehensive improvements to all building <br />systems and interior finishes; the construction, tie-in, testing and commissioning of <br />a new Central Energy Plant; the construction of three (3) new classroom buildings; <br />significant low voltage/data system upgrades; major landscaping improvements; and <br />a total retrofit and upgrade of both the auditorium and gymnasium. Pedestrian traffic <br />was re-routed dozens of times, without a single safety incident involving students, <br />faculty, staff, or visitors to the campus. The campus underwent numerous improvements, <br />including upgrades to the courtyard spaces, comprehensive landscaping upgrades, <br />and improvements to both athletic fi elds and parks. When completed in early 2014, <br />the school’s capacity was increased from 1,649 to 2,800 student stations. This project <br />included the construction of a 204 space, 94,000 SF, 3-story parking garage. <br />NORMAN S. EDELCUP SUNNY ISLES BEACH K-8, Sunny Isles Beach, FL <br />Cost: $31.6 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk <br />Scope of Work: Construction Management at Risk of a new 165,000 SF Multi-story <br />K-8 Facility designed to house 1,642 student stations on 2.1 acres in the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. This fast-track three phase project consisted of multiple GMP packages <br />which were issued for demolition of an existing apartment building, construction of <br />the new schools extensive foundations and a shell and finish package. Under the <br />final GMP package, a new 4-story pre-cast double-tee parking garage with 145 <br />parking spaces was constructed. The ground level of this garage included spaces for <br />housing Physical Education Areas, an emergency generator, fire sprinkler control and <br />mechanical chiller rooms. <br />WESTLAND HIALEAH SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, Hialeah, FL <br />Cost: $51.4 M| Delivery Method: CM At-Risk <br />Scope of Work: Design-Build of a new 322,084 SF Senior High School complex <br />composed of multiple buildings and paved courtyards with a capacity of 1,839 <br />student stations. One of the key components of the project was a multi-story 154,000 <br />SF parking garage with 288 parking spaces that incorporated a rooftop gymnasium <br />classrooms and other conditioned spaces; along with open air hard courts for <br />basketball, volleyball and other sports, also on the rooftop of the multi-story parking <br />garage. <br />10TH ST. AUDITORIUM & BEACH PATROL HEADQUARTERS, Miami Beach, FL <br />Cost: $6.6 M | Delivery Method: CM At-Risk <br />Scope of Work: This project consists of the partial restoration, renovation and addition <br />to existing two-story Auditorium/Beach Patrol Headquarters facility, improvements to <br />accessibility, life safety and partial site improvements included.
