Project Closeout <br />Our Philosophy is that the preparation for <br />project close-out starts day one of the <br />project. We anticipate working in conjunction <br />with the City of Sunny Isles Beach Project <br />Manager and facilities personnel to <br />develop and organize a close-out plan that <br />emphasizes the importance of this phase. <br />The plan will be developed during our <br />preconstruction phase, and made part of our <br />subcontractor agreements and monitored <br />by our project staff during the course of <br />the project to ensure compliance. Our <br />project team fully understands that we are <br />responsible to provide the following: as-built <br />record documents, O&M manuals, training <br />on building systems and closeout reports <br />while assisting in project commissioning <br />and addressing any other post construction <br />requirements required by the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. As a standard service, Hensel <br />Phelps provides a 24x7x365 call center to <br />assist in warranty/guarantee items that may <br />occur. <br />Unlike many of our competitors, Hensel <br />Phelps is committed to the life of your <br />facility as demonstrated by our operations <br />and asset management team platform. As <br />an additional service, the Hensel Phelps <br />Service Group provides outsourced <br />facilities management as well as operation <br />and reliability-centered maintenance <br />services ensuring that the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach facility will run efficiently, while <br />guaranteeing improved service outcomes, <br />reduced operational costs, and asset life <br />enhancement.
