Related Experience <br />Page 30 <br />Project Description <br />Skanska provided Design-build services for the Lakes By the Bay <br />Park Improvements, located on 22 acres. The project includes three <br />baseball parks, two soccer fields, football fields, a 2,500-SF field <br />house building with a concession stand, porch and eating area, <br />restrooms and storage area. <br />Also included is a parking lot area, sports lighting for the baseball/ <br />soccer/football fields, batting cages, site lighting for the complete <br />site and parking lot, and landscaping and irrigation. Shaded <br />bleacher seating for the baseball fields along the first and third base <br />lines were also included.
