City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center Annex | RFP# 15-08-02
I. Construction Services Staff
Page 39
Your Government Center Annex project...
Deserves a team with a proven track record.
Skanska has brought together a team with the specific experience needed to successfully deliver your Governmental Center
Annex project. Our proposed team members bring relevant experience, know-how and value to this project. Ron Murtha,
a 30-year veteran in the construction industry, has been involved with some of the most high profile projects in South
Florida, including the $845 million Miami International Airport South Terminal, a state-of-the-art complex facility. As a
Project Manager, Nicole Heran brings significant South Florida and public sector experience with the completion of $42
million Miami Gardens Municipal Complex and current involvement with the $101 million Frost Museum of Science in
Miami. Nicole will be joined by Jesus Suarez, Superintendent, who brings more than 20 years of relevant experience in
the construction industry. Jesus was responsible for ensuring successful quality installation on the City of Miami Gardens
Municipal Complex. In addition, Dana Nelson, Senior Project Engineer, brings more than 9 years of experience completing
complex projects in South Florida. Dana has worked collaboratively with Nicole and Jesus and will be responsible for the
coordination of design documentation, tracking of sustainable aspects, as well as supporting field operations and Skanska’s
quality assurance program.
Construction Services Staff
Photo courtesy of City of Sunny Isles Beach
Confidential
