We have carefully selected <br />professionals with specific benefits for this project. This team <br />brings to the following attributes: <br />• Worked together in the past and most <br />recently completed the City of Miami Gardens <br />Municipal Complex. The project is seeking <br />LEED Platinum. <br />• Worked on projects with similar components <br />including, municipal and educational purposes, <br />community and civic uses and <br />well as commercial space experience. <br />• Extensive South Florida experience. Over $800 <br />in completed projects. <br />• Experience working in and around <br />active, occupied facilities <br />• LEED and sustainable practices experience <br />• Extensive knowledge of Owner Direct <br />Purchases Program - ODP program <br />• Extensive knowledge of local agencies and <br />permitting requirements <br />• Experience in collaborative integrated project <br />delivery projects. <br />This team will work together with the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach and P+W to ensure a successful project. <br />The organizational chart above demonstrates how our team <br />members will function in their assigned roles.
