Specifically discuss partnership strategies, funding and policy <br />models, and unique programs that have expanded cultural participation and supported the <br />growth and vitality of these cities’ cultural communities. <br />part two report + workshop: Summarize all of the work completed in Part Two into a <br />deliverable. Discuss in workshop settings and incorporate feedback. <br />part three: master plan development + implementation <br />final vision + goals: Finalize goals for the City of Sunny Isles Beach Culture Master <br />Plan, and use those objectives to guide the development of implementation plans. <br />programming plan: Narrow the previously developed long list of programming <br />opportunities to describe programs and policies that should be encouraged, initiated, <br />or refined to support the vision and broader goals. Include programs for passive and <br />participatory arts participation, facility access, arts education, youth programming, <br />presented events, community building, festival activity, public art, and more. Prepare a <br />multi-year activity profile and project related financial performance. <br />support strategies: Recommend a series of strategies addressing programs, facilities, <br />and partnerships, specifically including the following: <br />Propose modified or new means of direct and indirect support of artists and <br />cultural organizations; <br />Provide development and management recommendations to guide the future <br />development and operation of cultural spaces and places; and <br />Explore opportunities for public and private sector engagement to support the <br />improvement or expansion of City and community programming. <br />governance structure + leadership development: Recommend organizational <br />structure to support cultural development in Sunny Isles Beach, considering the roles and <br />responsibilities of the City and Foundation, as well as specific staffing, leadership, and <br />volunteer needs. <br />strategic partnerships: Identify and assess potential partners who might help to <br />achieve the new vision, goals, and plans for arts and culture in Sunny Isles Beach. Work <br />with the City to establish dialogue with appropriate educational institutions, non-profit <br />organizations, and other local governments and advance these conversations to the point <br />of a Memorandum of Understanding as, and if, appropriate.
