Webb Management Services Inc. 20
organizational chart + staffing process
Webb Management Services is a small and collaborative firm with a project manager
(Duncan Webb, President) and at least two other team members who are completely
involved in each project component. In this case, the team would include Surale Phillips,
who would serve as a local liaison and facilitate community engagement, and Christina
Kruise, who would support the team in all aspects of the project.
team value proposition
Our team offers a strong value proposition to the City of Sunny Isles Beach on the basis of
the following:
1. We are trained as artists and arts managers.
Each member of the Webb Management team has worked professionally in the
arts industry, as cultural policymakers, facility managers, producers, presenters,
performers, marketers, educators, and/or fundraisers for arts and cultural entities. In
addition, we are trained in business and finance. This combination of skills means that:
We understand the benefits and impacts that arts policy and programs can have on
a cultural community;
We can effectively communicate and collaborate with artists and arts organizations
understanding their challenges, creative drive, and aspirations; and
Our work is credible with business and government leaders, funders, and trustees
given our focus on fiscal conservancy, impacts, and sustainability.
personnel + experience (continued)

Duncan Webb
Project Manager
Surale Phillips
Community
Engagement + Local
Liaison
Carrie Blake
Senior Consultant
Christina Kruise
Research + Analysis
