Webb Management Services Inc. 21
2. We have a broad array of experience and knowledge.
Our international practice and many years of experience have made us big thinkers,
able to search for creative solutions from a huge body of knowledge and a diverse
network of institutions and industry leaders.
3. We are true collaborators and effective facilitators.
Each one of our projects involves community engagement, facilitation, and
collaboration. We are fundamentally team players, able and willing to work closely
with client groups, developers, project leadership, community residents, and other
constituents to establish direction and build consensus through planning projects.
4. We are experts in cultural, organizational and arts program
planning.
Our work exclusively focuses on planning projects related to arts and culture. Our
network and experience working on hundreds of projects all over the U.S. and Canada
means that we are apprised of trends and issues in cultural participation, programming
and policy.
5. We have regional and relevant experience.
Surale Phillips lives in the region and would bring important local and regional
knowledge to the project. In addition, the Webb Management team recently finished
a project in Miami-Dade County (City of Homestead) and have worked extensively in
Broward County (Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Pembroke Pines). Our work
there, and in seasonal communities similar to Sunny Isles Beach around the United
States, provides us with important perspective on the impact that seasonal markets
can have on arts and culture, the potential to advance cultural tourism, and other key
market factors. And, our work on hundreds of other arts planning projects sharpens
our ability to develop a sound and implementable plan for the City of Sunny Isles
Beach.

personnel + experience (continued)
