 21   <br /> Peter  Musty  (Urban  Design,  Communications  Design)  Peter,  an  urban  designer   <br />based  in  Minneapolis,  has  been  an  important  partner  in  the  success  of  several  recent  CCB   <br />projects.    He  works  in  the  roles  of  designer,  project  manager  and  charrette  coordinator.  Recent   <br />CCB  projects  include  Creative  Placemaking  in  the  South  Loop  (Bloomington  MN),  Plan-­‐It   <br />Hennepin  (Minneapolis,  MN),  and  St  Croix  Valley  Heritage  Initiative  (MN/WI).  Peter  is  a   <br />specialist  in  the  physical  planning  and  design  of  walkable  neighborhoods.  With  a  degree  from   <br />University  of  Notre  Dame  School  of  Architecture,  he  has  20  years  of  experience  in  the  physical   <br />planning  and  design  of  new  towns,  neighborhoods,  suburban  infill  &  downtown  redevelopment   <br />projects  in  Minnesota  and  nationally.  His  projects  include  traditional,  contextual  and  historically   <br />sensitive  site  master  plans,  urban  design,  development  guidelines  and  building  project  design.   <br />Recent  Small  Area  Plans  led  by  PETER  MUSTY  LLC  include  the  Wooddale  Valley  View  Small  Area   <br />Plan,  adopted  as  comprehensive  plan  amendment  in  Spring  2015,  and  the  Loring  Park   <br />Neighborhood  Master  Plan  (Minneapolis  MN),  a  small  area  plan  for  a  complex  urban  district  in   <br />2013.    The  Loring  plan  was  anchored  by  Tom  Borrup’s  work  on  creative  sector  development  and   <br />cultural  assets  mapping.    The  plan  earned  first  ever  award  for  Planning  in  Context  from  the   <br />Minnesota  Chapter  of  the  American  Planning  Association.    Peter  has  participated  in  over  40   <br />formal  design  charrettes  for  private  developers  and  municipal  clients.    His  charrette  master   <br />plan  for  the  Mixson  Neighborhood,  a  40  acre  mixed-­‐use  redevelopment  in  North  Charleston,   <br />SC,  won  a  national  award  for  Neighborhood  Design  from  the  Congress  for  the  New  Urbanism  in   <br />2008.      He  also  has  experience  writing  sustainability  guidelines  for  two  major  urban   <br />redevelopment  districts  in  the  Twin  Cities.     <br />   <br />   <br />  Harry  Waters  Jr.  (Community  Engagement  Facilitation)   <br />Harry  applies  30  years  of  acting  and  directing  experience  to  community  dialogue  facilitation  –   <br />getting  stakeholders  on  their  feet,  exercising  their  voices,  and  moving  joyously  together.  Harry   <br />has  worked  with  numerous  CCB  clients  in  multicultural  and  cross-­‐generational  settings.  He  is  an   <br />Associate  Professor  in  the  Theater  and  Dance  Department  of  Macalester  College  in  St.  Paul,  and   <br />has  made  many  appearances  in  regional  theater,  film,  and  TV.   <br />   <br />
