Circulator pumps for heating and air - <br />conditioning as well as other centrifugal pumps for the industry, water supply, sewage <br />and dosing are the main products. Today Grundfos is the world's largest manufacturer of <br />circulators, covering app. 50% of the world market of these pumps. The Hungarian plant <br />was responsible to manufacture all the electro- motors for Grundfos's products. <br />As a plant manager, I managed 33 billion Ft revenue organization, more than 1,000 <br />employees, responsible for the entire production from raw material procurement to the <br />final product distribution. Also responsible for the product developments and support <br />functions Quality, HR, Finance, Sourcing and Logistics. <br />MARCH 2007 -FEB 2008 TELEMEDIA INTERACTV LTD <br />CONSULTANT <br />The TeleMedia InteracTV has extensive experience in the field of television and <br />developing quiz shows built on Call -In business model. TeleMedia InteracTV produces <br />140+ hours of live television shows daily, has 24 digital studios, 20 satellite uplinks, 30+ <br />team of programmers, live production in 30+ languages and 500+ employee from 40 <br />different countries. <br />As a consultant, I had to change processes to comply with the local gambling law, prize <br />payment and winnings tax. Managed new product implementation: Call Radio, TV Shop, <br />Interactive cartoons. Implemented CRM process for the Sales team, recorded all Sales <br />contacts, meetings and status of the further opportunities. Changed satellite network <br />provider and optimized production processes. Built employee recruitment process and <br />reduced recruitment time.
